Purpose

EBNA is a non-profit neighborhood association overseeing the beautiful Edgewater Beach neighborhood located on the shores of Lake Travis in Spicewood, Texas.  This site is for those homeowners in the association and potential homeowners for information sharing from the Board and other neighbors.  Welcome to Edgewater Beach.

The 2023 HOA Dues are now due.  Please pay your HOA dues as soon as possible.  Instructions are found in the Dec 2022 newletter.


Quarterly Meetings are held at the HOA Park.  Check the events page for dates and times.
